I use an eclectic approach to treat the whole person (mind-body-spirit). A variety of evidenced-based techniques are used because we are all individuals and one size certainly does not fit all. I help clients to achieve mental, emotional and relational health by building on the strengths already present in their lives. Humor and a down-to-earth approach is used to build a supportive environment where you can learn to manage stress and emotions to create a balance between mind, body and spirit.
